Services[]
Food, bread pantry (when available), and utility assistance (electric, water, home heating/gas), as well as community referrals.
The Emergency Assistance Program - Provides crisis counseling, case management services and emergency intervention assistance such as help with utilities, and food. The goal is to help stabilize these families, teaching new life skills to the adults when appropriate and strengthening their ability to care for themselves. These services are offered to those in need in the Clearwater community as well as to those in Safety Harbor, Dunedin and the City of Largo north of Ulmerton Rd. Families and individuals in Tarpon Springs, Oldsmar, and Palm Harbor should apply at our Tarpon Springs satellite office .
Housing Services Program - Provides counseling, information, referral and residential housing services to families and individuals who have fallen on hard times or are at risk of becoming homeless.
Seasonal Assistance Programs - Often referred to as our "Christmas Joy Center", offer gifts of food, toys and other spirit-lifting remembrances to disadvantaged families at Thanksgiving, Christmas and other special seasons of the year.
Disaster Services - Offer emergency food and supplies as well as financial support services to those devastated by natural and other disasters.>Administrative support for Transitional Living is also provided from this office.

1. Live in our service area zip codes
2. You may receive assistance once a year and 3 times in a lifetime
3. Assistance is not available for utility deposit payments
4. Utility bill must be past due with supporting documentation
5. Bill must be in the requestor's name to receive assistance
